Predictions are ok for going out in the bay both Saturday and Sunday, but they are just predictions. Skiing conditions probably not ideal but you could have a window in the Bay. It would be better to see "smooth" in the forecast. I think taking this boat out in seas over 1 foot is likely to lead to loss of crew.
Gulf predicted to be navigable on Saturday, not on Sunday. Both days have potential for thundershowers particularly in the morning. One of these days I am going to be down there in time to prep for a morning launch but with sleepers and organizational tendencies we didn't get off until 10 am Or 11. You'll have cooler temperatures.
