The exterior looks good. Thank you for your work. I'm glad you didn't have to do the interior work you were anticipating. Let us know how we'll be adjusting totals considering that we already paid the $9925 invoice for more the more extensive rebuild that had been anticipated.
There needs to be touch up painting around the deck railings and the outlets as well some caulking on the outlet installs.
Also the caulking on the first floor east hillside window needs some touching up. You'll be able to see what I am talking about from the deck. Hope the rest of the caulking is tight. To the extent they can get a closer look than from the deck please do. However, from what I could see, it looked good.
Ideally, the lighting will be installed soon. If the lights are not on the way we need to cover the openings in case of storms.
