Re: Beach plans

Recap from the meeting on the subject beach.
Only decision made was to put off major decision for a year.
One revelation was the all of us are coming to realization that one of these days we are going to be co-ownes of a vacation home that we didn't set out to build and maight not have chosen to.
I appreciated the concern that because of the way power of attorney was written and USAA relationship, I was had a lot on me during the Sally recovery.
When I have some time, I may think through a memory of what had to happen and think through how we divide it more. Hopefully, that won't come into play any time soon.

I did gt a follow up phone call from Hilton's fraternity brother's daughter. She looked at the house and in the house. Said she thought we could get $5,000 a week in rental. But to do that we would benefit by replacing much of the furniture and installing television in every bedroom.

While I am tempted, While it makes monetary sense, I don't want to rent it out, at least for the time being.
I think Margaret feels that way, as well.
I think Margaret came the closest to saying she is convinced keeping the beach house is something she wants to do.
I think Cliff was looking for a middle ground with the rental idea, but also said if and when the beach house becomes a shared expense, it wouldn't make sense for his family unit to subside a house that stays vacant much of the year.
That leaves me to say I don't want to sell or rent immediately. Respect everyone's point of view.
We'll keep these lines of communication open.

I believe we have plans to go to north Georgia for some day hiking on the AT during that time, so it's all y'all's.

Whoever goes first, remember to take down the ole Scotsman. It repaired and ready ice up your cold drinks (once it's properly installed…😳)

It's here in my office.
