Duane,

the hinges were all supposed to be stainless. See attached Gulf State Building Supply final estimate. Can you confirm that they are not? Or are they a lower grade of stainless?

thanks,

Cliff

Cliff is planning to arrive July 5. He'll be staying a week. We will also occupy the house July 17-20.

I am reachable for the next week then MIA for until July 20.

Let's try to nail down a date to get some of this done. The sooner the better. Cliff agreed to look for stainless steel hinges.

QUICK WORK THAT WOULD MAKE LIVING IN THE HOUSE BETTER

  • Clean Nails, debris, and trash off  pad and porches

This might take more time but:

The most important thing to address is replacing the hinges on the Gulfside doors.

Less urgent but shouldn't take much time at all:

The shower and bath trimwork, and the installation of remaining towel bars, toilet paper dispensers,

Both chandeliers above the staircases need addressing

LONGER TERM:

After the door hinges are replaced, we need to address the water incursion issue and repaint the ceiling.
