We are still owing DeWayne

For siding replacement

We had asked him to rebuilt air conditioning platform and finish certain details from the door/window job.

  1. apply the ceiling white paint,  (not needed now)

2. check on the locking mechanism on the upstairs Gulfside western door. (Door now may need to be replaced anyway).

3 Get the hurricane shutters in a position to be functional. Done (imperfectly) prior to hurricane.

4. Check the corners where the door frame meets the tile floor and see what filler belongs there.

Tops of doors never got painted.

5. Cliff's going to call and figure out about painting and the doors. You mentioned that a lot of people don't paint them. Door and window guys said they need to be painted.

for Hurricane prep.

Post Hurricane insurance eligible charges:

Check on property the day after? Meeting on Saturday with Adjuster?

Definitely:

  1. We now owe him for tear out of underpinning, insulation and dry wall.
