I just shared an album of beach house photos with Board and batten or a mix. The last one is a white on White House AJ did down the beach. White on white is kinda the style these days. I'll elaborate further on some observations when I have a little more time. I had a good conversation with AJ which made me feel better about him. Also talked to Don about Carlson. I think Carlson is the more experienced painter and I think that has a lot to do with the difference in the bids.
