Other things: Icemaker doesn't work and drain pipe is broken. Don't turn on.
Ceramic cooktop eyes on the right are not working right and don't shut off. Probably best to use the oven and electric eyes on stove. If the ceramic cooktop gets turned on, You'll probably need to flip the breaker in the laundry room to turn it off. relevant breaker is marked.
There are a couple of boards on the front deck that are iffy. We put blocks of wood on them to mark them. Just stay off them. Don't overload any of the decks. They are probably fine but if you have a big party they could crash.
New lock on paddle boats. The key is in the key drawer. Just cut the wire on the little yellow boat is you want to use it. It is funny but very tippy.
I may send you down with or get you to buy a hose box. I had to put the longer hose on to wash out the boat and couldn't get it back off. to it is sloppy and annoying.
Tub drain in downstairs adult bathroom drains slow. Has for a long while. Tried several solutions. Was going to experiment with this. Feel free to try this or ignore it. It drains. It's just slow.
