Thermostats reconnected
Christmas trees were obtained and deployed to dunes.
Leak discovered to main water line coming into the house. This was the result of the installation of the underpinning from this summer.
Got 24-7 out to repair. They have also installed a shut off valve now that we might want to activate when we come and go. AJ has agreed to cover the repair bill, remediate issues and reseal the underside.
Mildew in major rug upstairs. Rolled up huge upstairs carpet and am arranging for disposal by AJ's crew. The rug was approximately 18 by 20.
Moved clothing stock, rods, reels, and charts out of upstairs (no longer haunted room).
Seasonal maintenance on air conditioning resulted in the replacement of a capacitor for downstairs unit and contactor for upstairs heat pump unit.
Corrosion in heat pump unit noted (installed 2019). Warning that it will fail. Warning that when the heat pump does need replacing, the upstairs air handler will also need replacing because of a new mandated refrigerant change. (Rick is tech).
Anna is staying one more night and will shut down.
